1992 Launched as Premier Magazines, inheriting the British Airways contract after a split from MICP
1994 Bought by Omnicom, which then placed the customer magazine business of Headway, Home and Law in Premier Magazines
1999 Rebranded as Premier Media Partners
2001 Moved into BBDO group. Name changed to Cedar Communications Ltd
2006 Forms strategic partnership with Reactive, Cedar's in-house digital agency
2007 Awarded ISO 14001 environmental accreditation (renewed in 2008)
2008 Cedar and Reactive relocate to new offices on the Strand, London
