Content for Good is Cedar's programme of charity partnerships and activities, all focused on having a positive impact in our community.
Our work. Through our pro bono work we’ve used the collective skills and expertise of our people to help others create content for good. If you would like to help us make a difference, please do get in touch.
We worked with the Living Wage campaign and Citizens UK to create a series of editorial stories and brochureware to propel Living Wage Week into the public consciousness. We are an accredited Living Wage employer, ensuring that all staff, including contractors such as cleaning teams, are paid the London living wage. We believe this is not only beneficial to all at Cedar but is good for business and good for society
Cedar partnered with Opening Doors London (ODL) to launch the My First Pride campaign this year, with the aim of celebrating the legacy of the older LGBT+ community and putting these pioneers at the heart of the Pride conversation by producing six videos.
In 2019 Cedar launched a partnership with ‘FareShare’ – a charity focussed on food waste and hunger – where leftover food from our photoshoots is donated to local charities.
Our colleagues. As well as our official partnerships with local and national organisations our colleagues often volunteer with a wide variety of groups in the local communities, helping out at the Waterloo Food Bank and raising both funds and awareness for causes close to their hearts.
